No long-term contracts required. We work project-by-project unless you choose a monthly retainer plan. A simple order confirmation is exchanged for each project, but there are no minimum commitments.
Yes. We can do a short trial edit (usually 1-2 minutes of your footage) so you can see the editing quality before committing to a full project. Trial edits are priced at our standard rate.
We need: (1) your YouTube channel link or niche description, (2) style references (channels you want to sound/look like), (3) raw footage or brief, (4) your editing budget, and (5) your upload schedule and deadlines.
We accept footage via Google Drive, WeTransfer, Dropbox, or any file-sharing link you prefer. For very large files (100GB+), we recommend a shared Google Drive folder. Your editor will confirm file receipt and flag any issues within a few hours.
ExtoArts works with all major YouTube niches: gaming (Roblox, Minecraft, PUBG, Free Fire, Fortnite, GTA V), vlog and lifestyle, educational and tutorial, faceless automation, commentary and reaction, finance and business, health and fitness, cooking, tech reviews, and Shorts or TikTok content. We match you with an editor who has proven work in your exact niche.
You tell us your editing budget per video. ExtoArts takes 10% as the agency management fee. The remaining 90% goes directly to your assigned specialist editor. If your budget is $300, ExtoArts takes $30, and your editor receives $270.
The 10% model reflects where the value actually sits in a video project. The editor doing the creative work deserves the majority of the budget — not the agency managing the relationship. ExtoArts covers its costs through volume and operational efficiency, not by taking a large cut of creator budgets. This keeps pricing fair and editors financially invested in the outcome of your project.
Through ExtoArts, typical project budgets range from $50-$100 for short-form edits (Shorts, TikTok), $100-$300 for standard 10-20 minute YouTube videos, and $300-$800+ for complex long-form or heavy motion graphics projects. Use our cost estimator for a ballpark, or open a Discord ticket for a custom quote.
YouTube thumbnail design costs range from $25-$80 for standard custom designs to $50-$120+ for professional CTR-optimized designs with 3D character renders (especially for gaming channels). ExtoArts uses the same flat 10% agency fee model for thumbnail projects, with delivery in 24-48 hours.
No. The quote we send you is the final price. No setup fees, no account management fees, no surprise charges. If a project needs add-ons (extra motion graphics, licensed music, etc.), these are quoted separately before any work begins.
PayPal, bank transfer, USDT, BTC, ETH, UPI (India), EasyPaisa (Pakistan), Bkash (Bangladesh), and PKR transfer. Most projects require a 50% deposit before work begins, with the remaining 50% due before final delivery.
If we fail to deliver a completed project, you receive a full refund. If you cancel mid-project after work has begun, a partial refund is issued based on work completed. Final approved files are non-refundable as the work has been delivered and accepted.
Yes. For creators who upload consistently, our retainer plans (Starter, Creator, and Agency) offer priority scheduling, dedicated editors, and unlimited revisions. Retainer clients get faster turnaround and a dedicated editor who learns your channel style deeply over time. Contact us via Discord for retainer pricing.
Standard turnaround is 3-5 business days for most YouTube videos (10-20 minutes). Shorter videos or simpler projects may be delivered faster. Rush delivery (24-48 hours) is available for an additional fee.
Custom thumbnail design is delivered in 24-48 hours. This includes 1-2 revision rounds. Urgent thumbnails (same-day) are available with a rush fee depending on team availability.
Yes. We offer complete done-for-you faceless channel production: script writing, voiceover integration (AI or human), full video editing, thumbnail design, upload scheduling, and YouTube SEO. Pricing is quoted per project based on video length and complexity.
Absolutely. When you onboard, we ask for 3-5 reference channels or video examples that match the style you want. Our editors study these references and replicate the pacing, transitions, color grade, and graphics style for your content.
Yes. Short-form editing is handled by editors who think natively in vertical. They optimize the hook for the first 1-3 seconds, apply platform-specific caption styles, sync trending audio, and structure the content for maximum completion rate. Standard TikTok and Shorts turnaround is 1-2 business days.
Yes. Our Channel Automation service is a fully managed production pipeline: topic research, script writing, voiceover (AI or human), full video editing, thumbnail design, metadata and YouTube SEO, and upload scheduling. This is designed for creators who want a YouTube channel as a business asset without doing production themselves.
Standard projects include 3 revision rounds. Retainer clients on Creator or Agency plans receive unlimited revisions. Revisions must be requested within 7 days of delivery.
Request a revision. Provide specific, clear feedback and we will re-edit until it meets your expectations. We do not accept vague feedback like "make it better" - specific feedback (timestamps, exact changes) leads to the best results.
No. All editing is performed by human specialist editors. We do not use AI-generated footage, AI voiceovers (unless you request them), or automated editing tools. Every edit is handcrafted for your specific content.
Each project is assigned to one dedicated editor who learns your channel style over time. For retainer clients, we maintain a style guide document with your channel-specific preferences, fonts, colors, music taste, and editing patterns.
Our editors use industry-standard tools: Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, and CapCut for short-form content. Motion graphics artists work in After Effects and Cinema 4D for 3D elements. The software used depends on the project type and your specific requirements.
All communication happens through our Discord server in your private project channel. Your editor, the project manager, and a team lead are all accessible there. We do not use email for active project communication as Discord allows faster response times and keeps everything organized in one place.
Yes. Once you find an editor whose style aligns with your channel, you can request them specifically for every future project. Long-term creator-editor relationships produce the best results because the editor deeply understands your channel's voice and audience.
If your regular editor is unavailable, we assign a vetted replacement with experience in your niche and provide their portfolio for your review before beginning. For retainer clients, we maintain backup editors already familiar with your style guide.
Yes. All raw footage, scripts, and project files are treated as confidential and are only shared with your assigned editor and the team lead overseeing quality. We do not share, publish, or use your footage for any purpose other than the project you hired us for. Files are deleted from our systems after final delivery unless you request storage.
